Mike Sigman in Antwerp/Belgium 17/18th Nov 2012

Hi All,
There will be an experimental workshop for Belgian Aikidoka. This experimental workshop is the 1st of his kind in Belgium by Mike Sigman. The content of the workshop is covering how to apply "internal" aspects in Aikido. If you are aikidoka and living in Belgium or the Netherlands you can contact me (ewolput@cs.com).
Limited places available - sleeping in dojo possible.
Eddy

Hi Eddy,

How was the workshop with Mike? Any ah-ha moments on how to incorporate his approach into Aikido training?

Thanks

Julian
