Mike Sigman in Europe 2012: London Nov 24/25 and Bern Dec 1/2

Mike Sigman European Seminar 2012
London: 24th and 25th
Bern: December 1st and 2nd

London
Mike Sigman will be leading a two day workshop in London based on a newly organised seminar format. The focus will be on internal strength skills as used in Asian martial arts but with an emphasis on the "soft" approach. The workshop will include hands-on practice and theory and is suited for beginners and more advanced students, but past exposure to Mike will be beneficial.

We have a very limited number of places still available, if you are interested in attending please contact James Osborn for details and include a brief outline of your martial arts history.

We have a fantastic venue in central London, with new facilities and close to transport links. Cost will be 120 for both days.

Bern
Please contact Raphael Heiter for details and to register your interest

Attendance at either seminar is at the complete discretion of the organisers. Please act quickly if you would like to attend.

Hi All,
Mike will be in Belgium the weekend before London. There will be an experimental workshop for Belgian (Tomiki) Aikidoka. This experimental workshop is the 1st of his kind in Belgium by Mike Sigman. The content of the workshop is covering how to apply "internal" aspects in (Tomiki) Aikido. If you are aikidoka and living in Belgium you can contact me (ewolput@cs.com).

Hi James,

Thanks for organising an excellent seminar with Mike, and thanks again Mike for taking us thoroughly through your tool-set for developing internal connection and power.

It was also great to meet up with familiar faces, and hopefully move our game forward together.

Cheers

Julian
