Well, sort of a dry heat. It's monsoon season and the humidity is noticeable. Don't worry...it builds character ;) See you soon Howard. Looking forward to meeting you.

I wanted to thank all the participants of this seminar. The great hosts, and great training. Everyone worked really hard and even put up with my new york accent :)

Thanks again!

And thank you, it was a great seminar. You gave me lots of good stuff to work wiht.

Nothing wrong with the New York accent--the New York attitude on the other hand...

How am I doing.

I've had another guy's fist buried in my gut up to the elbow; I've had my wrist twisted up behind my back while you're cranking on my neck and dislocating the shoulder that wrist was supposed to be attached to; I've heard the worst words in the English language ("Look what happens when I do this!") way too many times; i've had the "look--I can dislocate 5 joints at once" technique demonstrated on me; i've seen shihonage turned into something startlingly vicious...

I'm doing fine, thank you. Never better. Can we do it again sometime? :D
