New Complaint Process

I am a new Aikidoka, and a coworker is taking classes with me. We hung this outside of our cublicle area. A couple people passing that have taken Aikido before cracked right up so I share here.

For a second there I thought that said "New Compliant Process" in which case I guess it should say "In order to initiate a compliance, please dash desperately after my wrist (but be careful not to grab it) then jump when I wave my hand".
