Introduction

I've been registered here for quite a few years, but have been away from the forum for some time. Since I've never posted or given an introduction, I figured I would.

I've practiced Aikido since '95. I have been active in Rinzai Zen for about the same length of time. I throw pottery in my spare time and used to teach it.
