Once upon a time - the one & only Aikikai Shihan Bucho (Koichi Tohei Sensei)

This movie was taken in 60's at Aikikai Hombu dojo. Can anyone recognize the participants other than the 2nd Doshu and the then Shihan Bucho? The tall Japanese guy who took ukeme for Tohei looks like a young Sugano sensei.
