Canadian not-for-profit / charity dojo

Are there any dojo in Canada registered with CRA as a charity? I am wondering if it is possible and how to go about if it is.

Blok sensei has his Chudokai through the Rose City Athletic Organization which is set up as a not for profit entity. But that's as much as I know.
