Ledyard in Seattle October 27th - 29th
 

If anyone is interested... I'll be at Aikido Heiwa in Lynnwood, WA on October 27th - 29th. The seminar will focus on connectingthe Basic Kihon Waza of Aikido to the principles of "aiki". It's open to students of all levels and affiliations.
