Jo kata clips
Does anyone have any decent sized/speed clips of jo kata, good enough to more or less learn the kata from scratch, or know of a website where such videos can be found? I've found nothing decent in the web but then again maybe I'm not looking in the right place.

You can find some here: http://www.ysaohio.com/ Best Regards, |
If what you mean by "version" is 31, and so on, any will do, I'm getting a jo and a bokken and I want to work on my tai sabaki a bit.

If you're not tied to a specific version that your school is already doing, I highly recommend those on the http://www.ysaohio.com/ site. McVey Sensei does a great job there. I also highly recommend the CD-ROMs that the dojo sells. Very nice. Best Regards, |
Thanks, that was exactly what I was looking for.
