Training with Fibromyalgia

Hellow my name is Sara. I have been training in Aikido for several years. I have always had a challenge training because I am blind, but now I face a new one. About 2 weeks ago my doctor told me that I have fibromyalgia. I am only 21 and this will affect me for the rest of my life. What i would like to know is any one else training with this disorder, if so how do you deal and acommadate it? Any help or advice is welcome, and quiting isn't an option.

Not I, but a friend and collaborator on The Mirror columns has fibro. I believe pacing oneself, staying within joint limits, and watching temperature control are three important keys.
