Clyde Takeguchi 7th dan and Patricia Hendricks 7th dan will be the resident instructors at the 2013 Mid-Atlantic Aikido Course.

Friday
Aikido 6:30 - 8pm (Takeguchi)
Dinner 8:30pm Tokyo Sushi

Saturday
Aikido 10-12pm (Hendricks)
Lunch 12-2:30pm (Recommendations: Wegmans, Pei Wei)
Aikido 2:30-4:30pm (Takeguchi)
Supper 6pm (Buffalo Wild Wings)

Sunday
Aikido 9:30-10:30am (Takeguchi)
Aikido 10:30- 11:30am (Hendricks)
Winery tour 1pm

Note: Buffalo Wild Wings is just a few steps from the Residence Inn.
Once again, the discount for rooms expires August 29.

Tomorrow Thursday Aug 29 is the last day to book a suite at the Residence Inn at the group rate.
Online seminar registration will close no later than Friday Sept. 20.
