Budo is not a solo path

We train budo to improve ourselves, but it's not a solo path. We have teachers, seniors, peers and juniors that we train with and who help us make the most of our training. They are critical to our journey. What do the people around you add to your training? I was thinking about this during a bought of jet lag recently, and wrote this blog.

Good question I believe that inside the dojo those that we train with greatly add to our journey because those who we take instruction from not only teach us technique but set an example for how we should act In Aikido
