Student of : "The Way"
Hi,
My name is Jasmin. I recently relocated, with my husband and kids to Tucson AZ. After cresting 40 (age) a genetic timer (that before lay dormant) was awakened in me. As insidious as a thirst; as amorphous as mist - always present, always silent. This new awareness has led me to the pursuit of "The Way" I know that "The Way " of the Samurai is Bushido and that he (the practitioner) becomes the instrument. In the devout practitioner there is no defining line between the sword and the body. They are ONE. I have found this to be a universal truth . Like a scientific proof or formula, this truth is evident in other disciplines - the musician and his/her instrument; the dancer and his/her body; the writer and his/her pen. Aikido promises to be the teacher of "The Way of Peace" I have chosen to submit to this discipline as my goal is not to slowly descend the summit (40) but to soar. I look forward to being part of your community and wish you safe passage on your journey. Jasmin Kluge |
