plans for the pell
 

Hi all, I only taking a shinkendo class at the local community college, but I wanted to make one of these pells. I didn't see any instructions. Granted, I would need to adjust for the size of the tire, but what size arethe boards used and did you use carriage bolts or is it large screws. May I have more detail on its construction?.

Not sure what a pell is.

But since you're starting Shinkendo, there's a Shinkendo messege board where alot of Shinkendo practitioners post at.

Do you mean THIS.

I believe Jun built it so perhaps he'll elaborate.

Basically something you practice hitting with a weapon.

yes, that the one. A pell is a target usable for practicing strikes that roughly simulates a human target.
