Splitting of words (e.g. Shomen Uchi vs. Shomen'uchi)
Hi all,
I've been pondering this for a while and could not come to an definite answer: How do you split words in aikidō terminology? Is there any rule of thumb? Some (non-exhaustive but covers most of the naming patterns) examples:

Sorry for the incorrect characters for uchi, tori and kaeshi, they keep getting butchered no matter what I do...
