Man, I would so be there if I could. Unfortunately I am co-teaching at Bruce Bookman Sensei's Anniversary Seminar in Seattle that weekend. Wish I could clone myself...

Just because this is posted in the "Non-Aikido Martial Traditions" forum...

Note that senseis Gleason and Popkin will be sharing the teaching. So far as I'm aware, Bill Gleason Sensei is still an aikidoka. Expect to see a lot of Aikido at this seminar, along with connections made between Aikido, aiki, and "non-Aikido martial traditions."

I wanted to take a minute to thank Gleason Sensei, his dojo and all the participants. Everyone in attendance worked very hard and was very welcoming.

This seminar was a wonderful experience for me. We shared information, sushi, and friendship.

I hope to share a seminar with Gleason Sensei again in the very near future.
