Here's a pretty light-hearted article for you entitled, "GRRRRRANDMA! Mo stops burglar with martial arts" about a 58 year old grandmother who "learned aikido 30 years ago" and recently threw a burglar in her pub and held him in a headlock for 10 minutes until police arrived. "I managed to get my arm around his neck and used my right leg to get him down on the floor with one big sweep."
