I am interested in training in Aikido. I have become sick and tired of getting injured in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I know that this website has a great dojo search, I have used it, but i was wondering if anyone can recomend a school in the area or a particular style of Aikido, which I hear there are a few of? Thank You All.

DC Aikido
Quote:
Cyde Takaguchi Sensei was always over in Maryland at the Capitol Aikikai. He is also quite senior and a top notch teacher. Don't remember where exactly his dojo is though. |
There's also Virginia Ki Society which is just right outside of DC and is about a fifteen minute walk from the Dunn Loring Metro station.
