To be honest I am having so much fun. I am sore after class. Last night we did more work and reviewed what we did up to this point already. A few personal things I notice that changing. I feel like I have more engery to do stuff, I am also sleeping better, and I am just feeling better over all. Well back to work I go.

Well I had my 2nd class on Thursday. It was also a lot of fun. After we did warm up we started what we did in the first class. Then we started forward rolls. That was fun. Then we did a exercise that we are getting used to how much pressure to give and take. I was planing to go to the Saturday class but it was my Son's 5th birthday. Well back to what I was talking to. After that we were shown how different things what we are doing all comes together and see what happens. Wow that was fun to watch. I am looking forward to learning a lot more.

In Training Tuesday 11/04/08 - My First Day Entry Tools Rate This Entry

Well I show up at the Dojo and put on my gi. After I got it on I went looking for one of the teachers to show me how to put the belt on. So after that She went over what i needed to know. Like bowing when you enter the room and then when you get on and off the mat.

Then the real fun started. So my teacher had my class streach out. There are a total of 3 students in my class. 2 gays and 1 gal. So we are going to be getting a lot of one on one teaching. Well after we streached out we did what I can not even spell it. But it was basic basic backward rolls and then some thing that delt with wrist holding and moving your parners center off balance.

Over all it was a great first class. I have another one 11/06/08 and looking forward to it. I can see how this can become addicting.
