I've been missing from the forum for a long while now, and that's been because of several knee and back complications I've been developing. I cut aikido out completely, cold turkey, because anything else hurt too much to live with.
Just thought I'd say bye, now that I'm able to come back here to face the music. Leaving abruptly just didn't sit right with me. It didn't seem fair - to just turn away from all the people, the marvelous relationships we've developed over time, without any explanation.
Train well, live well, and hopefully we'll meet again some day.
