The final battle
For the soul -
Past the gate
And the great doubt
To the center of being
A battle fought alone
Odin and his ilk
Not there to help
Reality creates us
And we create reality
Around and around it goes
Somewhere in the boundaries
Lies freedom, the freedom
To pursue our own Path
A Path that leads us where?
To a being-in-the-world fog?
To the final despair?
Where there is no answer left
But the Abyss, the Void
The place we fear most
But need to enter
To take that great leap
