Morte Dori Ikkyo Tried to get my whole body moving from my center, especially my hips at the end of the technique. Worked a little with Adrian, a very centered Aikidoka. When I got it right he would go zinging down. This was spooky, he assured me that he was alright. Keeping my shoulder down is another hard part in this for me. I am going to work on it with all of my moves, getting my shoulders down and relaxed, while being centered.
