the first couple of months of joining the aikiweb forums, i lapped up all the furious debates about whether "aikido worked or not", "what aikido really is", "is aikido the ultimate martial art" and all that jazz.
i was intrigued and completely loving the different takes on those big questions i had been juggling with.
now, several months after that, i'm amazed that these same people are still have the same debates again and again. and it's apparently been going on for *years* now... jeez. don't they get bored of talking about the same thing over and over again? can't we all just move on?
oh well, it's fair enough to say that if i'm not interested, i should simply stop reading them. hmm, which is what i'm doing...
...but that doesn't mean i can't dedicate a single blog post to moan about it.
