When the sun rises
When at night, the moon
And the stars come out
When it rains, and I
Walk quiet, wet streets
When it snows in hushed wonder
At the dojo, when I sweat
And take in hot breaths
I think of you at all these times
And marvel in joy and gratitude
That you share my life
And, that your nikkyo Really, really, hurts!
