I bare my soul to the moon
Its silent, silver light
Penetrating where the sun cannot
The night's shadows I do not fear
I have given my heart to the night
Silvered light and shadowy shadows
Illuminate who and what I am
The splintered landscape is home
And, I walk it honestly and unafraid
A seeker after emptiness, darkness
I bare my soul to the moon
And scream!
