yes its true.
my 12 yr habit is being broken.
....
....
and its killing me!
Ive had the WORST chest infection followed by an EVIL build up of weight.
Im huge. They'll have to crane me in to the dojo. ... and as for gi ... well i might as well go and get a sheet and wrap it around myself!
dagnamit!
so will have to do extra training to get the aggression back under control!

... Anyone wanna volunteer to be uke?

PROUD OF YOU!! And mini-me will be too! Drink lots of water - it will help flush out your system. Clove oil on the tongue also works well with cravings - put a drop on your tongue and touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth... me (who had to do the same thing after smoking for four years)
