If you're ever having trouble thinking, relaxing, or just need a break, try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. When you inhale, imagine that the air is colored blue. Hold the breath for a moment and visualize all the stress as the color red. Merge these two together to make a purple cloud and exhale. This releaves a little bit of stress and helps the mind to focus on the task at hand.

Meditation to Increase Energy

Sit on a matt or on a carpeted floor with your legs crossed. Close your eyes and visualize your body as if you were looking at it from the outside. Imagine that there are 6 glowing points on your body: in the middle of the forehead, in the top half of your neck, in the middle of your chest, in your solar plexus, in the middle of your stomach, and in the base of your spine. Imagine each point as a wheel, turning to generate energy. Visualize that each point is aligned with or in your spine. Imagine that each wheel spins at the same rate as all of the others. They are all generating the same amount of energy and this energy will flow throughout your entire body. Increase the flow very slowly until you're comfortable with the amount of energy being generated. Now, slowly open your eyes and lightly stretch. This allows the energy to flow more regularly. The key is visualization and concentration. You should feel refreshed and relaxed. I recommend doing this early in your morning routine.
