Hello

I know this is an Aikido site but since Aikido is grounded in Japanese culture I am wondering if any one of the many experienced
memebers here know if there is a Japanese Martial Art that is similar to the chinese art of Tai Chi?

I am looking for the low impact exercise and positive health impact of Tai Chi but am curious if a Japanese art/version exists?
