Hi people,
I was just wondering if anyone had any views on what the owl symbolises on the one dollar bill.
For people who have never seen it, i'm not surprised, it can only be viewd used a magnifying glass, and resides just above the shield surrounding the 1 sign on the upper right hand corner of the bill.
thanks.

"The "Owl"
if you look with a magnifying glass (or you look at this graphic), at the top right hand corner the other side of the Dollar Bill, on the top left corner of the "crest" surrounding the number one, you will see a very tiny owl. No one seems to know what this is represents...
So, what does this all mean?
The owl traditionally represents wisdom and is vigilant while we are all sleeping. Perhaps it represents a small group of people that monitor this great economy (Yeah, I'm speculating again).
OR MAYBE JUST, MAYBE...
A. Our Forefathers just thought that the Pyramid, All Seeing Eye, tiny Owl and Falcon looked cool on the Dollar Bill...."
