If you are talking about books, then Best Aikido is good. Another good book is Total Aikido : The Master Course by Shioda Gozo.

To get a better idea of the technique's flow, you might like to look at videos. A good site is http://www.aikikai.nl/technieken.html. The nage is Ueshiba Moriteru.

Another invaluable aid for me is a DVD entitled, "Principles of Aikido" - Moriteru Ueshiba. It's in English with French and Spanish subtitles (all regions). For working on my techniques, I prefer it to books.
