I wonder what could of prevented that...if it's real...more conditioning?

Guy got his leg broken by a shin check. More conditioning could have prevented that. Either the breakee was soft or already had some stress fractures or the breaker is harder than rock. The breakee probably threw with everything he had and the shock was either so great or his legs were so numb that he didnt even realize it was broken since he didnt even flinch until he tried to stand on it.

Kicking is bad for you.
