Hi!
I just found a cool website that I thought might be usefull. Its called Cafe Press and it lets you design and upload your own designs and order them on clothes and other things. It might be nice for small dojos/clubs that can't afford large silk screen runs and minimum orders. I made a site for fun with some of my original aikido designs feel free to take a look for examples of the kind of stuff you can make. If you want to make you own stuff just follow the "make your own stuff" link at the top.
