I was hoping to get some feedback or opinions on the 7 volume Aikijujutsu set by Miguel Ibarra. In particular I was wondering if the DVD set contained a weapons training e.g. bo, sword etc… Roughly how many techniques were covered, and I guess just the overall impression of the DVD set?
