"APPEARANCES are of course deceptive. And to look at the pint-pot sized Mutsuko Minegishi you'd be forgiven for thinking the Japanese Sensei would have the combative prowess of Beatrix Potter's Mrs Tiggywinkle as opposed to that of a martial arts grandmaster.

It was a really cool seminar, and I have to agree with the major, the kids demo was amazing. They could wipe the mat with me, it wasn't cute at all. :D

Rather gushing article, I wonder about some of the numbers...
