I'm a Canadian living in Japan temporarily (3 years).

I've been here for a year and a half and started training upon my arrival.

I've been to one demonstration and one grading, with another one coming up in March .

My [I]Sensei is Kaoru Murase, who trained under Takeda-Sensei.

Aikido has become a major aspect of my life and one which I hope to continue on with when I return to Canada. Aside from the immediate physical benefits and self-defence aspects, I have noticed a major change in my personality (I'm now a lot more "serene" :D ).
