Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to take a minute to say hi. I've been reading these forums for a couple of months and I have got to say, this is a great site.

I've been to 4 beginner classes so far. Although I am out of shape and find Aikido challenging, it is well worth the effort. I feel great after each and every practice. Moreso now that I learned I should stretch afterward as well ;)

Here's to many future years of Aikido enjoyment! :D
