Robert Frager Sensei Promoted to 7th Dan

Robert Frager sensei of California has been promoted to 7th dan by Aikikai hombu dojo. One of the aikido "pioneers" in California, Frager sensei trained at Aikikai hombu dojo in the early 1960's. Frager sensei founded the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (http://www.itp.edu) back in 1975. Congratulations to Frager sensei!
