Not much to discuss in this question. It would be interesting to see if the ratio follows the gender ratio across Aikido in general.

Unfair, I can't vote on this one. I have two chief instructors and each one represents a different gender.

My cheif instructor is male, but the "second in command" is female. We also have a couple of women as assistant instructors as well.

Our nominal head instructor is male, but for health and family reasons he is unable to teach regularly. The unofficial acting head is female. I don' t know how to answer the question either.

The same for our Dojo. The chief instructor is male and her daughter follows after him.

Do you know the story of a club of chess players where the specialist in a particular movement - an opening movement - was a mouse? And when someone, who did not play chess, said it was NOT possible, the others asked why not? After all, they were all but chessplayers...
Yes, it may be a silly fable. But perhaps it is also a good beginning.
