I discovered this site for about 3 days ago and now I want to be a part of it :D
I´ve trained Aikido for about 3.5 years and enjoy it very much. I hope to train a different style though, but where I live we only have one and I can´t move yet :straightf
I feel I need to test some forms of Aikikai before I can start to get really devoted into Aikido. So I hoped you could maybe tell me about your style and what kind of things that makes you continue training it.
Thanks!
/Johan

Hello Johan,
You don't happen to know Robin Henriksson, do you? :)
I understand you practice Ki-Aikido in Östersund? I haven't tried it myself, but I'd be interested in trying it. I suppose most styles have their benefits, try to get as much you can from the style you practice until you are able to change, if that's what you want :)

Aha, I see....
Something else he told you about me :dead:
:D
So what "style" do you train and for how long have you practised? And why do I keep on writing in English !? :freaky:

I think its more polite to speak english in an english-speaking forum as we wont automaticly exclude 99.9% of the forum members from the conversation. :p

I started training 2,5 years ago. The style is Nishio Aikido (Aikikai). If you want more information about it, and maybe check out some Swedish dojo, then visit www.hokuoaikikai.com :)
