I heartfully recomend the book "THE DREAM HUNTERS" by Neil Gaiman (of Sandman's fame) and acclaimed japanese illustrator Yoshitaka Amano.
Even if a trifle expensive, this book is a must for every MA practitioner and lovers of japanese myths and culture.
