Just "found" aikido. My name is Michel Bisaillon from Ontario Canada.I was a competitive powerlifter for years and am trying to find something new. Find aikido to be frustrating, different, anoying (no the foot goes there) questionable in the effective department. Other than that I found it to be fascinating, different, mesmerizing, interesting, fun and effective. Does this all sound contradictory? Well jeez it all seems wonderfully confusing... for starters. Hope to make this a journey I will follow for the long haul.
