this has been my first week in aikido, and let me say taht so far so good,i am learning how to loose my stiffness, and how to let energy flow and conduct it, not so much driveing it.
My Sensei(Sensei Alejandro), is a great teacher, he show the technique as simple as it could get, and takes the time to show everybody their faults and at teh smae time tell you that it's normal, is part of being human and gladly show us the correct way of doing it,he is the life of aikido in my contry, dominican republic, he even went so far as to bring Sensei Donovan for a seminar.
I hope i can one they at least be a 30% of what he is :)
