Hi all! I want all of you to know one thing before you read this: This is not and Ad for the Intesive coures in Muhu Dojo.

I train at the dojo that the Intensive course that Payet is teaching. I really dont mean to boost about it or anything. I just find it fasinating that an oppertunity like this would walk right up by dojo door. If your wondering Yes i am taking the course! I mean who wouldnt if you had the time and money? I just wanted to share that before my ego gets bigger!

Anyhow I have a question for ya all What are your goals in Aikido?? Hopes and maybe even your dissapointments?

Perhaps you could give some background to your question.

Who is Payet?
How does the intensive course differ from an ordinary training course.
What are your feelings about the course?


As for my immediate hopes, I hope to take and pass a shoden test within the next few months. This is a ki rank test and is a rank of mind & body coordination training, rather than an aikido ranking. This test is particular to the style of aikido that I practice.

My goals are telepathy, telekenesis, and the ability to control the weather. My disappointment is that most people aim so much lower.
