Hi Aikiweb friends,

My name is Scott Tomlin, I'm the Dojo Cho at Aikido of Virginia Beach. I took over the dojo responsibilities last year at the request of my teacher Glen Phillips Sensei, as he was stepping down to finish his masters degree. I was fortunate enough to take over the dojo with a core of 7 fellow students, who have been very supportive in keeping the school (in which Glen sensei poured his heart and soul in) alive. We now have 23 adults, 9 teens, and 11 children. The kids are very challenging, and I would welcome any advice on teaching children.
