After posting earlier about looking for people to practice aikido with in the Tricities area of North East Tennessee (breath), there is now a Thursday night practice at 630PM. We have a shodan from the ASU organization as an instructor and four people our first night. The dojo is in downtown Johnson City.

Hello Mike

Is this the same dojo that is listed here on Watauga Ave.? I sent an e-mail to that address earlier today, before I read this post. I was crazy excited when i found it because I have been looking for a place to train here for nearly 2 years. I haven't had a response to the e-mail yet, I hope the dojo is still going on. Would appreciate any info you might have. Thanks and take care. :)

There is a new aikido class in Johnson City at the Memorial Park Community Center on Mondays at 6pm. Small group, new people welcome and this is a community resource without charge. All affiliations welcome!
