Friday sept 1st through Monday September 4th Aikido Eatside will hold an intensive training focusing on randori and weapons work. This year we will focus on eth weapons forms of Saotome and Ikeda senseis that are less well known ie. the jo / sword forms of Ikeda Sensei and the Patrol Jo forms of Saotome Sensei. In addition to the daily randori practice there will also be an additional focus on the principles of kaeshiwaza. Intended for those with solid ukemi and basic weapons skills.
