Hi all,
I have a 35 year old manager, who is a little funny-childish-energetic...He had a rolled piece of paper in hand (a project design, a bit thick), when I met him at a room. After seeing me, he lifted his hand and tryed to hit my head with the paper. And It just happened; it was a shomen and the move ended with an nikkyo :p
the result; a locked manager arm and a guy saying "don't turn me for a somersault"...I am lucky for not have reacted with an iriminage evileyes
just wanted to share...
PS: have never had so much fun :D
PS-2: I am still at work...

It's dagerous around friends too! I don't know how many times I've put one of my friends in a lock. I find it funny but they don't:)

Its even funnier when some one asks for a demo of "That Aikido stuff" - at which point, I extend my right hand in handshake mode, and say: "with no hard feelings, OK?" and then they start to shake hands.....
Only to find themselves in a pin of some kind!
Much hilarity, except from partner of the moment.
[inspiration for this movement from various sensei responding to "But that doesn't work..." :D

You have foiled your manager's evil plan to kill you with a piece of paper, but you made a grave mistake by letting him live.
Next time, he'll attack with something far more deadly, like a bar of Snickers.

I must admit I'm having great fun learning the JJ wrist/arm locks, but unfortunately my arms/wrists have been in just about constant pain for the last six months :) youch

Did you figure out that master plan all by yourself Aleksey? I would have never guessed.
