Hello. I'm glad to have found Aikiweb. After many years of neglecting my body, it is time to take charge. This week, I am starting Aikido. My 6-year old is starting Moogang Ryu Taekwondo with several of his classmates. We are going to be a busy, yet healthy household. That is not an option at this point!
