Greetings everybody.

I've been interested in Aikido for several years now, but I've finally found myself with the money/geography/time to give it a try. I attended my first class last night, so I decided that it would be a good time to quit lurking and say hi!

A big thank you to everybody on the forums-- the information and words of experience and reassurance here were a great inspiration to get started, and have kept me from being too discouraged by the fact that I felt completely lost during most of class last night! Tonight is a "beginners" class, so I'm looking forward to attending a class tonight more tailored to my (lack of) skill.
