Hi All,
My name is Roy, I'm 31 years old, I've practice shotokan karate when I was 11 years old, and then switched to Shorinji Kempo when I was 15 years old.
Then someday, I heard about Aikido and watch some college students praticing it. It was awesome !!. And then, I started pratice Aikido ever since. I'm also practicing meditation. In Indonesia we have a lot of various schools that teach meditation.
Right now I'm working in a remote area, so I'm trying to start a dojo as a place to train myself. But still, it is hard to find an instructor here. :)
